Depth Art Therapy is dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, ADHD symptoms, complex life transitions, professional burnout, and creative blocks. I resonate with supporting clients and specific areas:

  • Self-discovery and individuation

  • Students and grad-students

  • Life transitions, existential crisis

  • Quarter- and mid-life changes

  • Intuitives, empaths, highly sensitive individuals

  • Therapists and healing art professionals

  • Creatives, artists, yogis, astrologers

  • Integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness

  • Neurodivergent individuals

  • Women's issues

  • Christian or faith-based approaches to healing

Our work integrates the following core expressive and psychodynamic modalities:

  • Art-Making & Expressive Arts: We engage creative expression as a core therapeutic process. You do not need to be an artist; I provide materials and gentle guidance to help you externalize, explore, and integrate what words alone cannot capture.

  • Depth & Symbol Exploration: Drawing from Depth/Jungian psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and dreamwork, our sessions offer a co-creative space to explore underlying narrative patterns, internal parts, and symbolic material.

  • Client-Led Symbolic Frameworks: If personal archetypal, astrological, or symbolic systems are meaningful to your worldview, we can explore these as client-led metaphors to support your self-understanding, reflection, and personal growth.

I have worked in mental health since 2011 at various levels of care with extensive training in mood disorders, trauma, and eating disorder recovery as well as evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care. I have been in private practice since 2022.   My current practice blends art therapy, depth psychology, internal family systems, and symbolic exploration to help clients reconnect with their authentic self, spirit, and soul. In my practice, I help individuals view their struggles, anxiety, recurring dreams, artistic blocks, or feelings of misalignment not as broken pieces, but as a call from the soul needing to be heard.

I identify as neurodivergent and strive to create safe places for those with neurodiversity to connect to their unique soul's gifts. I advocate for inclusivity and equality of all world religions, ethnicities, ages, races, abilities, bodies sizes, and the LGBTQ+ community.

I have been an astrologer for 20+ years. I have been a guest lecturer on archetypal astrology for breathwork sessions through the Grof Legacy Project. I have an ongoing weekly podcast through Youtube that focuses on archetypal astrology and depth psychology.
