About the Practice
Welcome. I’m Dr. Danielle Meyer, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR).
My practice is dedicated to helping adults navigate complex life transitions, professional burnout, and creative blocks. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we work at a depth level—using creative expression, symbolic exploration, and somatic awareness to access inner wisdom and process parts of yourself that words alone cannot always reach.
Core Modalities and Approach

Creative Art Therapy
Utilizing expressive art materials to process emotions, uncover non-verbal insights, and give tangible form to internal experiences.

Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems (IFS): Working gently with inner parts to cultivate Self-leadership, unburden heavy emotions, and heal internal conflict.

Depth & Archetypal
Depth & Archetypal Integration: Drawing on Jungian frameworks, dreamwork, and client-led archetypal/astrological symbolism as reflective tools to unpack subconscious guidance and life transitions.
Art therapy in every session and primary focus of time. All mediums including crayons, photography, recycled materials, etc, encouraged.
Internal Family Systems to imagine into thoughts, feelings, sensations, drop deeper into personal unconscious, and cultivate Self energy.
Jungian/Depth/Archetypal Framework for unpacking symbolism and guidance from psyche/soul, including astrology (non-diagnostic and client-led).
