I am happy to generate a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. All fees cover tax and art therapy materials.

Payment Framework: Fees are collected in full at the time of service via cash or credit card and/or HSA through IvyPay (a HIPAA compliant payment app).
