50-55 minutes
Inner parts (IFS) and art therapy weekly support group. Each week we identify an inner part and externalize it. We also invite in Self energy using the model from IFS. Talking optional. All materials provided. Group will run regularly each Thursday. Group will only run if 4 people RSVP each week, and regular attendance is recommended.
